Along with probably many others out there, I have a new found obsession with Instagram.  I think I love it because it is very easy to do and also because I am so visual I appreciate a good image to capture what I might be feeling or trying to express.  I’ve never thought of myself as a photographer, but I do realize that I have an eye for imagery so Instagram has been my most recent outlet for expressing this.

I thought I would share my most recent trip to San Francisco with you through my instagram feed in hopes that I can convince you all to take part in the fun that it has become!

On set at ebay, looking thru racks and racks of clothes for the right look.

Amazing Chanel shoes on ebay shoot.  I really wanted to take these girls home.  Classic 1920’s inspired cap toe lace up pumps.  Oh my!

A view to San Francisco financial district from North Beach.

Summer in San Francisco includes boots, jackets and scarves.

This is my version of a summer/winter combo for San Francisco weather.

North Beach at night after a visit to Comstock Saloon.

Digging through my friend Armand’s record collection is always inspiring.

My delicious dinner at Chez Papa.

A stop by North Beach’s Eden and Eden.

I stopped by Cavalier for a cocktail party and to see what great new stuff had arrived.  There was so much new stuff! The store looked amazing!

So excited they are carrying exclusive Six Scents.  If you do not know about this fragrance line, read more about them here.

One of a kind resin skulls with applied feathers by Laurence Le Constant.  So amazing! You can buy these here.

Gorgeous Spanish Mid Century Modern sculptures that Jay found.  Buy them here.

So obsessed with these brass sculptures.

Am so grateful for this box that Jay and Michael gave me while I was there.  I spotted it while helping them open the store and fell in love.  I was so surprised when they gave it to me during dinner at bar JULES that night!

The San Francisco skyline at sunset.

Shopping on lower Haight street brought many fun surprises.  This African Tribal store had an amazing collection of embroidered tunics.  I wanted every one of them!

Amazing color in these bags from the same store.

And this collection sent me over the edge.  LOVE.

Finished a great day of walking around the city at Mission Bowl, a new establishment in the mission that has a great bar and great food along with a rocking bowling alley.

Such a fun week of work, play and inspiration! I hope to go back soon and discover more.

In the meantime, make sure you join Instagram and follow me at my handle @theschereport.
